General Service
- Wash and dry the air filters
- Clean the evaporator coil and front panel with a water jet
- Flush the drain pan and drain pipe
- Clean the outdoor unit fan and condenser coil
- Measure the air temperature at the louvres before we leave
Chemical Wash
- Take down the cover, drain pan and blower wheel
- Soak the coil and blower in coil cleaner to lift built-up dirt and mould
- Rinse every part and clear the drain pipe
- Refit the unit and check the fan runs quietly
- Test the cooling once the unit is back on the wall
